Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and related products, all sales are generally considered final. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Policy
Eligible non-collectible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact support@cccommissary.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
2. Final Sale Items
Collectible items, including single trading cards, sealed trading card products, graded cards, memorabilia, and redemption cards, are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
3. Trading Card Condition
All trading cards are sold as-is. Card condition assessments are subjective, and minor imperfections may exist even in pack-fresh cards.
Customers should not expect any specific grading outcome from raw cards. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds based on:
- Centering
- Surface defects
- Print lines
- Edge wear
- Corner wear
- Manufacturer defects
- Grading company results or grades received
4. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives significantly damaged during transit, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the item received, packaging materials, and shipping labels in order to investigate the issue.
Any resolution, replacement, store credit, or refund will be determined solely at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be offered for eligible higher-value purchases during checkout or included at our discretion.
When shipping insurance is purchased, claims for loss or damage during transit may be subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. Customers may be required to cooperate with the claims process and provide supporting documentation.
6. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unique situations may arise. Requests for exceptions to this policy may be submitted to our support team and will be reviewed individually.
Approval of any exception, including a return, exchange, refund, or store credit, is solely at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first regarding any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.
